Well this sound suspicious for a early morning in November...on November 1st, at 4:56 AM a Langley man told police that he had seen two men wearing black ski masks and all black clothing walking west on Fox Spit Rd.

November 2 at 3:21 AM, a concerned citizen calls police after discovering a brown horse headed southbound on Holst Rd. I guess would be suspicious too since it was a brown horse instead of a black one.

9:17 AM November 3rd a Langley man reports someone was hunting froma a boat 100 feet off shore.   Read on... 

10:02 AM November 3rd, a Langley woman reports that someone in a boat is possibly duck hunting,  Mystery solved
